By accessing, browsing, or using this website, and by purchasing tickets or attending events organized by Bay Beats Music Festival ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing any transaction.
 

1. Ticket Purchases and Strict No-Refund Policy


CRITICAL POLICY NOTICE: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. TICKETS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
 

By executing a purchase order on the Site, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following structural ticketing constraints:
 

  • No Refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative admission passes, regardless of any individual personal changes in scheduling, travel issues, medical conditions, or structural conflicts.

  • Rain or Shine: The festival is an outdoor, multi-weather experience and will proceed "Rain or Shine." Severe or inclement environmental weather patterns do not validate a right to refund requests unless the entire event operations are permanently cancelled by management.

  • Lineup Alterations: The performance lineup, artist rosters, scheduling blocks, and stage arrangements are subject to modifications or changes at any time without notice. Artist cancellations, substitutions, or set-time adjustments do not entitle ticket holders to partial or full financial adjustments.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of an absolute cancellation or rescheduling driven by forces outside of reasonable corporate control—including but not limited to government mandates, labor disputes, public health emergencies, severe acts of God, civil unrest, or infrastructure failure—management reserves the right to issue replacement passes for rescheduled dates in lieu of monetary refunds.
     

2. Event Admission and Entry Requirements


Possession of a valid digital or printed ticket credential constitutes a revocable license to access specific event boundaries under the following terms:

  • Identity Verification: All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID alongside their unique ticketing barcode at the main gates. Failure to produce verifiable identification matching age-restricted pass tiers will result in immediate denial of admission without compensation.

  • Security Screening: For the collective safety of artists and patrons, all individuals, bags, and items are subject to mandatory structural searches upon entry. Management reserves absolute authority to deny entry to anyone refusing to comply with physical security search protocols.

  • Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, illicit substances, professional recording rigs (without explicit media accreditation), outside alcoholic beverages, lasers, and glass containers are strictly banned inside festival perimeters. All confiscated items will be permanently destroyed or discarded.
     

3. Attendee Code of Conduct


We remain dedicated to hosting an inclusive, safe, and positive environment. Attendees engaging in disruptive behavior, aggressive harassment, public intoxication, vandalism, or non-compliance with staff directives will be immediately ejected from the festival boundaries. Individuals ejected from the premises automatically forfeit their entry license and remain ineligible for ticket recovery or refund consideration.
 

4. Media, Photography, and Recording Consent


By entering the festival grounds, you acknowledge that you are stepping into a public venue where extensive commercial audio, video, and photographic recording takes place. By attending, you grant Bay Beats Music Festival, its authorized marketing agents, and media partners an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize your face, likeness, voice, and behavior in any live or recorded radio, television, video, print, or digital promotional campaign without further payment or authorization.
 

5. Limitation of Liability


Attendees assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to a large-scale outdoor music event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. You explicitly release Bay Beats Music Festival, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, executive officers, land-owners, sponsors, and vendors from any and all legal liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, or damage sustained while on or around the festival site premises.
 

6. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising directly out of your use of the website or transaction processing shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction courts of Ontario.
 

7. Modifications to the Terms


Management reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any point without advance notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be displayed publicly on this page, and your continued use of the website following changes denotes automated legal acceptance of the revised structural parameters.
